What is Your Wellness for 2022

Don't you just love it when people tell you what they think your wellness should be? It's great to garner insight and advice, but at the end of the day, YOU define what wellness means for YOU! When you start to think about "wellness" take a look at it from fresh perspectives. Sometimes, we get so lost and clouded in our thinking because we become overwhelmed with our emotions and thoughts, that we often lose sight of our "wellness goal." So, here's my recommendation... Take it one step at a time... one moment...one thought... one emotion... on area of consideration... We have ZERO responsibility to take on 100% of EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME, but we do have responsibility to take on what we want, what is manageable, and what will best support our wellness 1% at a time.


There are no MAGIC answers to health and wellness, but there are systems and supports in place to help you along your journey. Be kind to yourself and know in your heart, you are well in so many areas of your life and in so many ways. Continue that growth and embrace your healing, strength, and courage.
